Limitation of Liability

dhorxellzar strives to provide accurate and reliable services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Items that are out of stock or unavailable at stores
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control
  • Damage to items after delivery
  • Incorrect information provided by clients

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the following procedures apply:

  • You agree to first contact us in writing with a detailed description of the dispute
  • We will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice
  • If the dispute remains unresolved, you may pursue legal remedies as permitted by applicable law
  • Any legal action must be commenced within one year after the cause of action arises

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Use or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Taos County, New Mexico, United States.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled shopping begins. Late cancellations may be subject to fees. Refunds are processed according to our return policy.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
